I’m Janet. Your career clarity partner and coach.
My story -
I didn’t feel I had a passion or calling early on in my career and I changed jobs a number of times. I have worked at a large corporation for many years trying to climb the corporate ladder and get promoted, along with owning multiple businesses with my husband and business partner, while juggling the demands as a mom of a busy family.
I’ve always had the dream of feeling purposeful and making a difference. This has led me to career coaching. I want to guide and empower individuals to improve their lives by finding a job they love. We spend so many of our waking hours at work, why not be happy, productive and contribute to the world in a positive way. Through my education with the National Career Development Association Facilitating Career Development Training, I’ve learned how to help move people from stuck to thriving in their careers.
If you are a high school student or college student and you are unsure of your career path after graduation, I can help narrow down your choices. I have a three step assessment process that is designed to empower you to identify and plan career pathways aligned with your knowledge, skills, abilities and interests. It will help you figure out what majors you will thrive in, and what careers you should consider.
